Terms and Conditions

Effective date: June 18, 2026 · Last updated: June 18, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rehash.digital, Rehash Navigator, the Software Finder, trial guides, assessments, consultations, managed consulting services, resources, software pages, affiliate links, vendor-introduction flows, and related communications offered by Rehash Digital Inc., doing business as Rehash Digital (“Rehash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the site, submitting information, creating an account, signing in, booking a consultation, purchasing a service, requesting a vendor introduction, downloading a resource, or otherwise interacting with Rehash, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the site or services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

If a signed proposal, statement of work, order form, master services agreement, invoice, booking confirmation, checkout term, or other written agreement applies to a specific product or service, that written agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms for that product or service.

1. About Rehash

Rehash provides field service software, systems, AI, implementation, optimization, and strategic consulting. Public services and resources may include the Software Finder, trial guides, Field Service Systems Assessments, Applied Assessments, Implementation Readiness, Implementation Management, AI Systems Deployment, Systems Tuning & Optimization, Strategic Project Scoping, Strategic Projects, Free Systems Consultation, Paid Systems Strategy Session, Foundations resources, software pages, affiliate or referral links, and vendor-introduction support.

Rehash is not a software vendor, marketplace, staffing agency, legal advisor, accounting firm, tax advisor, financial advisor, insurance broker, or in-platform implementation team unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

2. Business-use limitation

The site and services are intended for business users, not consumers or children. You may not use the site or services if doing so would violate applicable law.

The site and services are not directed to residents or businesses located in Quebec. Rehash may decline inquiries, purchases, consultations, accounts, or services where Quebec law, language, privacy, consumer, or other requirements would apply and Rehash has not accepted that engagement in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate, lawful, and submitted with all required rights, permissions, and consents.

3. Accounts, registration, and access

Some parts of the site or services may be open. Other parts may require email submission, account registration, sign-in, single sign-on, booking, payment, or other access steps.

Privacy and Terms acceptance controls are not pre-checked. If you register for an account, the registration process may require you to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. That acceptance includes permission for Rehash to use anonymized and/or aggregated business and assessment data to improve Rehash products, recommendation logic, models, services, educational resources, and cohort benchmarks, subject to the opt-out option described in the Privacy Policy and any account or admin portal controls that are available.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify Rehash promptly if you believe your account, email, credentials, or access has been compromised.

Rehash may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, interferes with the site or services, violates applicable law, or harms Rehash, users, vendors, partners, or third parties.

4. User submissions

You may submit forms, answers, business profiles, messages, files, documents, software details, workflows, reports, exports, screenshots, notes, recordings, or other information (“User Submissions”).

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right to provide the User Submissions to Rehash;
  • the User Submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • the User Submissions do not infringe another party’s rights;
  • you have obtained any required consents from employees, contractors, customers, vendors, partners, or other individuals whose information is included;
  • you will not intentionally submit unlawful, misleading, malicious, or harmful material;
  • you will not submit credentials, financial account details, government identifiers, personal health information, sensitive personal information, or other high-risk information unless Rehash has specifically requested it through an approved process.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on your business, data, staff, customers, vendors, tools, and operations.

5. Privacy and data use

Your use of the site and services is governed by the Rehash Privacy Policy.

Rehash uses business and assessment data in three primary ways:

  1. Your data to produce your results. Rehash uses your answers, business profile, context, and submissions to generate your current Navigator result, Software Finder result, trial-guide output, assessment output, consultation preparation, recommendation, report, roadmap, project scope, or service deliverable.
  2. Your history to improve your future recommendations. If you register, sign in, book a consultation, become a client, or otherwise identify yourself, Rehash may use your prior interaction history, saved results, business profile, and account-linked information to improve future recommendations and service context for your business.
  3. Anonymized or aggregated data to improve Rehash products, models, recommendations, and benchmarks. When you register or otherwise accept the applicable Privacy Policy and Terms, that acceptance includes permission for Rehash to use anonymized and/or aggregated business and assessment data to improve Rehash products, recommendation logic, models, services, educational resources, and cohort benchmarks, subject to the opt-out option described in the Privacy Policy.

Rehash does not make one business’s specific profile, numbers, scores, answers, reports, Context Core, internal Impact Score, or recommendations available to another business. Rehash may use anonymized or aggregated patterns to create directional cohort ranges, benchmarks, examples, product improvements, service improvements, and recommendation improvements.

If you request deletion or withdraw consent, Rehash will handle the request as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion or withdrawal does not require Rehash to remove anonymized, aggregated, or non-identifying insights that were created before the request and no longer identify you or your business.

6. Navigator, Software Finder, trial guides, and recommendation outputs

Rehash Navigator, the Software Finder, trial guides, assessments, scorecards, reports, roadmaps, recommendations, and similar tools are advisory decision-support outputs. They may use automated, semi-automated, AI-assisted, rules-based, or human-reviewed logic depending on the feature and scope.

Outputs may be labeled or treated as:

  • Directional: an early read based on limited inputs or a self-serve flow;
  • Conditional: a stronger read that depends on assumptions, missing information, user-provided context, or additional validation;
  • Validated: a human-reviewed output produced through a deeper assessment, consultation, scoped service, or supporting evidence.

Free or self-serve outputs, including Software Finder results, trial-guide outputs, and similar future mechanisms, are generally directional unless expressly stated otherwise. Paid assessments and other scoped client-facing assessment deliverables run through human validation before being treated as final Rehash outputs.

Recommendations are not guarantees. The operator remains responsible for final business, software, vendor, implementation, AI, purchasing, and operational decisions.

7. AI-assisted advisory posture

Rehash may use AI tools to help draft, summarize, compare, structure, format, retrieve, or analyze information. AI may support Navigator outputs, Software Finder outputs, trial guides, assessments, reports, recommendations, Context Cores, consulting work, and internal operations.

Rehash will not knowingly submit client data to AI tools that train public models on that data. Where available, Rehash will configure provider settings to avoid model training on client data.

AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. Rehash does not promise autonomous AI management, hallucination-free AI, custom AI software, guaranteed AI outputs, or unreviewed AI decisions unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

You are responsible for reviewing any AI-assisted drafts, templates, examples, workflows, prompts, or recommendations before using them in your business.

8. Human validation

Human validation is required before Rehash treats paid assessments and high-stakes client-facing deliverables as final. Human validation is also required for named software recommendations, material vendor/pricing/feature/integration claims, maturity scorecards, partner or referral disclosures, strategic escalation, high-risk financial, legal, AI, implementation, or technical claims, scope or responsibility boundaries, and “How Rehash Can Help” recommendations.

Human validation does not guarantee a specific business, software, implementation, AI, revenue, cost, efficiency, adoption, or operational outcome.

9. Services, proposals, and statements of work

Paid consulting services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, invoice, booking confirmation, checkout term, or written agreement.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Rehash’s services do not include:

  • deep technical configuration;
  • live data migration loading;
  • custom integrations;
  • custom AI software development;
  • autonomous AI management;
  • staffing services;
  • agency execution;
  • support desk work;
  • legal, accounting, tax, insurance, HR, or financial advice;
  • vendor support obligations;
  • guaranteed software, implementation, revenue, growth, operational, or AI outcomes.

Rehash may coordinate with vendors, implementation teams, agencies, or partners where scoped. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, those third parties remain responsible for their own products, services, support, configuration, implementation, migration, integrations, pricing, terms, privacy practices, availability, and performance.

10. Payments, bookings, cancellations, and refunds

Most purchases, bookings, payments, invoices, and transactions are processed through external tools or third-party providers. Rehash may use Calendly, Stripe, HubSpot Commerce, Wise, bank transfer, e-transfer, or other providers.

Prices, packages, deposits, credits, payment terms, cancellation rules, refund rules, and no-show rules are shown in the applicable booking page, checkout flow, proposal, statement of work, order form, invoice, written agreement, or service page.

For the Paid Systems Strategy Session or other paid booking flows handled through Calendly or another external tool, the cancellation and refund terms shown in that booking or checkout flow apply to that purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • fees are due according to the invoice, booking, checkout, proposal, or statement of work;
  • taxes may be added where applicable;
  • late payments may delay or suspend delivery;
  • Rehash may correct pricing or clerical errors;
  • purchased digital products may be non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable law;
  • scheduled consultations or sessions may be subject to rescheduling, cancellation, or no-show rules.

11. Foundations resources and digital products

Foundations resources, guides, playbooks, templates, downloads, videos, workshops, masterclasses, and similar resources are educational and informational. They are not customized professional advice unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Rehash grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased or downloaded resources for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, publish, scrape, train models on, or create competing products from Rehash resources unless Rehash gives written permission.

12. Data ownership and Rehash license

You retain ownership of the business data you provide to Rehash.

Client-specific deliverables, including client-facing Context Cores, reports, roadmaps, and assessment outputs, are provided for the client’s internal business use. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, the client owns the client-specific business data and client-specific final deliverables, while Rehash retains ownership of its frameworks, methodology, templates, prompts, scoring logic, benchmark logic, recommendation logic, software, internal models, reusable structures, and general know-how.

You grant Rehash permission to use your submitted data to provide requested results, recommendations, consultations, assessments, services, deliverables, support, account history, and follow-up.

Where you accept the applicable Privacy Policy and Terms and do not opt out of the relevant use, you grant Rehash permission to use anonymized and/or aggregated versions of your data to improve Rehash products, recommendation logic, models, benchmarks, services, and educational resources.

Rehash will not use one client’s proprietary data as another client’s data. Rehash may use anonymized examples, anonymized or aggregated patterns, original best-practice models, and general know-how to improve future work.

13. Vendor, partner, affiliate, and referral relationships

Rehash may have software vendor, implementation partner, referral, affiliate, sponsorship, or other commercial relationships. Some links, introductions, software pages, videos, or recommendations may generate compensation to Rehash.

Rehash may earn a referral fee, affiliate commission, or other compensation from some software vendors or links. Recommendations are based on fit for your business, not commission. Partner or affiliate status does not guarantee recommendation priority.

Affiliate or referral disclosure will be included as a standard footer disclosure and as a secondary disclosure at least on every page that contains an affiliate link. Additional disclosures may appear near recommendation cards, vendor-introduction forms, software pages, reports, proposals, videos, emails, or other relevant contexts.

Third-party vendors and partners are independent from Rehash unless expressly stated otherwise. Rehash is not responsible for their products, services, pricing, contracts, privacy practices, support, implementation quality, data handling, availability, or performance.

14. Vendor information, public information, and validation limits

Rehash may reference public information, vendor information, third-party documentation, software pages, pricing pages, reviews, rankings, product claims, support materials, integration information, screenshots, demonstrations, or other external sources.

Rehash uses best efforts to review and validate public or vendor-sourced information where it is used as guidance, and Rehash may provide context to help users understand the possible accuracy, limits, assumptions, and recency of that information. Rehash does not guarantee that vendor, pricing, feature, integration, support, platform, availability, review, ranking, or other third-party information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your business.

All vendor and third-party information is provided as guidance only. You are solely responsible for validating current details directly with the vendor, provider, professional advisor, or other authoritative source before relying on the information, purchasing software, signing a vendor agreement, starting an implementation, or making a business decision.

Reviews, rankings, popularity, vendor claims, and affiliate economics may inform research, but they do not determine fit.

15. Third-party marks and logos

Rehash may display third-party vendor names, trademarks, or logos for identification, comparison, education, or nominative reference. Rehash does not claim ownership of third-party marks, and their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval unless expressly stated.

16. Third-party tools, links, and services

The site and services may link to or rely on third-party tools, including software vendors, AI providers, payment processors, calendar tools, analytics tools, email providers, CRM systems, hosting providers, file-storage services, project-management tools, affiliate networks, and social platforms.

Your use of third-party tools may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and data practices. Rehash is not responsible for third-party sites or services.

17. Intellectual property

The site, Rehash content, frameworks, methods, models, templates, service structures, product names, visuals, copy, workflows, prompts, internal logic, deliverable formats, and other materials are owned by Rehash or its licensors, except for materials owned by clients or third parties.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms or a written agreement, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, scrape, train models on, reverse engineer, or create competing products or services from Rehash materials unless Rehash gives written permission.

18. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site or services for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
  • interfere with site security, access controls, payment gates, authentication systems, rate limits, or usage restrictions;
  • submit harmful files, code, or content;
  • submit credentials, financial account details, sensitive personal information, or regulated data through unapproved channels;
  • scrape, copy, harvest, or extract content or data at scale without permission;
  • use Rehash content or outputs to build a competing product, service, model, or dataset without written permission;
  • interfere with the operation of the site, Navigator, Software Finder, or Rehash systems;
  • misrepresent your identity, authority, business, consent rights, or relationship with another party;
  • violate another party’s rights, privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property.

19. Disclaimers

The site, content, Navigator, Software Finder, trial guides, resources, recommendations, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehash disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and suitability for your business.

Information may become outdated, including software pricing, features, support, integrations, vendor claims, laws, regulations, platform constraints, AI-tool capabilities, and market conditions. You are responsible for validating current facts before relying on them for material decisions.

20. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehash and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, implementation failure, software failure, vendor failure, AI-output errors, reputational harm, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehash’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, resources, Navigator, Software Finder, trial guides, recommendations, services, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Rehash for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to liability, or CAD $500, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rehash and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, and suppliers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • your use of the site, resources, Navigator, Software Finder, trial guides, recommendations, or services;
  • your User Submissions;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of law;
  • your infringement or misappropriation of another party’s rights;
  • your failure to obtain required rights, permissions, or consents for information you provide to Rehash;
  • decisions, actions, or omissions you make based on Rehash content, outputs, recommendations, or services.

22. Suspension and termination

Rehash may suspend or terminate access to the site, resources, Navigator, Software Finder, accounts, products, or services if we believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay amounts due, created legal or security risk, misused the service, or otherwise harmed Rehash, users, vendors, partners, or third parties.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, privacy, data ownership and license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, dispute resolution, and governing law.

23. Changes to the site, services, and Terms

Rehash may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, resources, Navigator, Software Finder, trial guides, tools, or services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, resources, Navigator, Software Finder, trial guides, recommendations, or services, unless a written agreement states otherwise or applicable law requires another forum.
